Submit levels to BeatX
Are you a music composer and would like to see your songs in BeatX?
You can send us your smzip to songs@maniacs.sk - If your smzip includes copyrighted material (song) - please remove it and provide us link to Amazon, 7Digital or iTunes
Note that by sending us the file you are giving us the full right to distribute/modify and use the file/files without any limitations and further notice! You will however be given credit for the song if published just with slight modifications.
Rules (if you don't follow - your song will be disqualified):
- You are the author of the sm file and you are giving us the full right to distribute/modify and use the file/files and their contents without any limitations and further notice
- The level has to be designed for touchscreen experience in the line - falling arrows layout (dance mat levels are OK just in challenge/hard difficulties) - see existing BeatX levels for reference
- Song has to follow the main music theme - all auto generated machine/chaos like levels will be rejected
- BPM changes and stops are much welcome - please don't overdo!
- Song has to be shorter than 5 minutes
- Song must be available for download on Amazon and 7Digital
- Song has to have an official YouTube video with at least 80 000 000 views
- Song should be in the top 20 of Billboard Hot 100 chart (http://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100) - or at least has been there in the past 2 years - exceptions are welcome ;)
Note: You can create your own SM/DWI files using Stepmania Song Editor or DDreamStudio (we use v2 Beta 6)
